We offer free carbon neutral shipping with Swiss Post on all orders within Switzerland.

In general, we offer a 14-day free return from the date of delivery. However, certain Items are excluded from returns, such as customized products, perishable goods as well as personal care goods. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at piya@butterapparel.ch. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on where and how to send the package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please allow some time for processing by your bank or credit card company.

If you ordered the wrong size or color and would like to exchange it for a different size or color of the same item, we waive the return costs for the first exchange.

Please indicate in your return request which size or color of the same item you would like to receive instead, and we will ship it as soon as we have accepted the returned item in line with our return policy.
